We only perform the work agreed with you. This may include titles, descriptions, audience targeting, retention recommendations, content repurposing, Shorts, YouTube ads, geo targeting or livestream support.

Anything outside that scope needs separate written agreement before we begin it.

You must own the content we work on or have permission to use it. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us about the channel, business and intended audience.

When access is needed, use channel roles or delegated access where possible. Do not send account passwords in chat.

Our work must follow YouTube, Google Ads and applicable laws. We do not use bots, fake engagement, spam or other methods that break platform rules.

We may decline content or tactics that are deceptive, unlawful or likely to put an account at risk. EpicSellers is independent and is not affiliated with YouTube or Google.

We do not guarantee rankings, views, subscribers, leads or revenue. YouTube decides distribution, and results also depend on the content, audience, competition and market.

Recommendations are based on the information available when we review the work. Platform changes can affect what works later.

We only run or change YouTube ads with your approval. You control the campaign budget, and advertising spend is separate from the SEO work unless the agreed scope says otherwise.

Google may review, reject, limit or stop an ad. We can manage setup and optimization, but we cannot control those platform decisions or guarantee ad performance.

We may send titles, descriptions, edits, targeting choices or campaign settings for review. You are responsible for final approval before publication unless you have given us permission to make the change directly.

Delays in feedback, files or access can move the agreed timeline.

Timing is based on the agreed scope and depends on receiving the access, materials and feedback needed to do the work.

You can cancel in writing. Work already completed or committed before cancellation is treated as completed. Any arrangement for work not yet started follows the scope agreed before the project began.

We use channel access, campaign data and project files only to complete the agreed work and communicate with you about it.

Keep access limited to what is needed and remove it when the work is complete. You can revoke access at any time, although that may pause unfinished work.

Questions and project communication are handled through Telegram. These terms may be updated as the service changes; new terms apply to future work unless we agree otherwise in writing.
